Retrieval is by box or file, and our tracking system ensures that signatures are taken for all movements, whether to or from your premises. Notification through our web site by 4.00 pm ensures next day delivery. In emergencies 6 hour and 2 hour retrievals are also available. Indexing services are a lifesaver. It is not unknown for an organisation to have all the records but no index. This can happen for a number of reasons, but most commonly it occurs when the records manager leaves, along with their knowledge! This situation means that your company cannot locate the files needed, and consequently is unable to discharge its responsibilities, with all the attendant risks to reputation.
