We will actively participate in tree planting, and promoting the domestic use and export of sustainably produced Philippine wood products. We aim to secure a stable and competitive supply of wood product to the Philippines. Company Overview The founder of Filtra Timber has been engaged in international timber trading since 1975, and today we represent some of the world’s leading timber suppliers in the Philippines. We actively support sustainable forestry principles and are among the first to import FSC and PEFC certified wood. We also export sustainable Philippine plantation grown timber. Filtra Timber represents a global supply base for timber-based products to major Philippine furniture, door, and moulding producers. It has also introduced a number of new sustainable wood species that can help the industry develop new designs and explore new markets. Our staff is highly experienced timber people who have been involved in international timber business for more than 35 years. Our founder, and general manager Per Stangegaard started his career in EAC-Timber and established the regional presence of Carl Ronnow, initially a part of DT-Group.
