Fin Advisors LLP is a Partnership firm formed by Senior CFOs, CEOs and General Counsel from reputed Companies. The Firm has been formed in Mumbai with the intent of moving PAN- India in the next few years as it grows from here. The firm would like to cover all types of CFO, Controllership and Financial services besides legal - in the form of Advisory and Execution. It is /has serving /ed mid to large sized Companies in the Diary, Electrical, Commercial real estate and IT Services both in Advisory and Execution as part of the team. The Firm has the capacity to serve mid and large sized Companies (both Indian and Multinational) as well as start ups and Companies in the SME segment. Some of the areas covered by the firm would be as follows: a) IPO & Investor relations management; b) M&A due diligence (both financial and legal); c) Management Report, Board presentations, CEO Dashboards, KPI’s etc. d) Process controls; e) Legal contracting including negotiations (both India and International); f) Business/ Internal audit services; g) Management of stressed assets; h) FEMA/RBI matters; i) Fund raising; j) Incorporation, Accounting, statutory compliances, including facilitating statutory audit for Start-ups and SME Companies. k) Accounting offshore services for International Companies.
