FinDep Consult provides interim finance leadership and post-acquisition finance integration for international groups operating in Italy. We support Group CFOs and Finance leadership when Italian subsidiaries require stronger financial governance, clearer reporting and alignment with Group standards, particularly following acquisitions, rapid growth or organisational change. Our work focuses on restoring financial clarity in Italy, where local finance is compliant but often structured around statutory and tax requirements rather than Group decision-making needs. FinDep Consult is led by an ACCA Fellow and Italian CPA, combining international governance standards with deep knowledge of the Italian regulatory and business environment.
