The Finders Consulting Group is mostly providing services for the pharmaceutical market: Pharmaceutical Salary Surveys in CIS Countries. Survey of salaries and compensation packages paid by representative offices of pharmaceutical companies is a specialized research preformed by FINDERS, as part of which, based on the data provided by Participants in the Project, detailed analysis of the levels of salaries, benefits and compensations by positions, as well as analysis of HR policies and procedures adopted by companies of the parmaceutial industry, is conducted. Monitoring of the market is conducted on an annual basis. Such periodicity allows the Participants in the Project, during the entire year, to use up-to-date information about the pharmaceutical labor market, reaction of its participants to the changes taking place, and minimizes the affect of factors impeding accurate forecasting of behaviour of parmaceutical companies on local markets.
