We are an educational company addressing individual and organizational needs at the same time. We provide coaching and professional training together with leadership consulting and orientation on two main pillars: communication skills and mental wellbeing at the workplace. Based in Zurich and with global outreach, our solutions are multilingual. Amongst our topics are resilience, burnout prevention, self-care, psychological safety and how to handle difficult conversations. We are the only ones in Switzerland offering solutions at the intersection of wellbeing & communication. Alessandra Patti, our founder, is an experienced professional who has worked in corporate communication for 12 years and has further educated herself in health science, psychology and coaching.
