All stories online are by people who have suffered with mental illness and now want to share their journey to help others who may not be feeling themselves. We believe no one should have to face a mental health problem alone and we won’t give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect they deserve. You’re not alone; talk to someone you trust. Sharing a problem is often the first step to recovery. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
