The First Idea of the the establishment of the Fine Arts Studies Quarterly were struck in 2019 by the Central Council. The purpose of this publication is to create a coherent and stable atmosphere to respond to the various problems of official dissemination of ideas, researches, translations, and essays of students and researchers. These problems which are wide range of issues, including the need for the researcher to pay for the publication in many journals, the unreasonable waiting time for an article to be published, and the impossibility of the student or researcher to take responsibility for the article. The Fine Arts Studies Quarterly seeks to bridge the gap between "unscientific content" and "research journals" and to create a dynamic atmosphere for students and researchers to exchange ideas.
