Fine Energy

Fine Energy provides energy monitoring and remote monitoring and control services to the renewable energy sector and across industry. We have been generating renewable energy since 2011. Osmium provides retrofit and new-build energy monitoring and internet connectivity to industrial installations, enabling remote, real-time monitoring and control at a fraction of the cost of replacement internet-enabled equipment. Customers get to monitor and control their equipment from a distance as if they were standing in front of it, reducing the need for costly maintenance visits and creating fingertip control of features that previously required experienced technicians to be on site. Downtime is minimised, costs are reduced, and equipment life is extended. From its initial implementation in a fleet of wind turbines in July 2019, Osmium has evolved into a service that is deployed across a range of industry sectors. Customers are attracted by our retrofit approach which allows them to prolong the life of equipment they already have, instead of replacing it. Because Osmium is independent, customers can monitor and control equipment from a range of suppliers through a single user interface, instead of investing in proprietary internet-enabled upgrades to equipment from several suppliers.
