FineLine Imaging is a high volume, automated service bureau, offering high-resolution emulsion-on-polyester film photoplots and photomasks. We routinely produce images down to about 7 microns in size. Email us at plotting@fineline-imaging.com to request a Complimentary Sample of our 50K dpi film photomasks! We accept data in various formats, including Gerber (274X, 274D, BarcoDPF), DWG/DXF, GDS/GDSII, AI/PDF/PS/EPS, CIF, LASI-TLC, HPGL/MET, as well as bitmap (TIFF/BMP/PNG) formats. We also provide assistance with Design Optimization techniques. Spartanic hole punching at 0.125" diameter is available. Our products are ideally suited for MEMS applications, BioMedical Engineering, Micro-Fluidics (Lab-On-A-Chip), microwave and other electronic circuitry, thin film devices, aerospace/military and many other technical applications.
