The "1 percenters" Anyone can get 80% right, the balance 20% is made up of “1 percenters”. Unfortunately, those “1 percenters” generally hold up a project and/or cost money to correct after the fact. As everything we do becomes more regulated, the divide between design and construction deepens. We understand that the “1 percenters” are hidden in the detail between design, DA approval and construction. Consultancies who miss this connection generally miss the “1 percenters”.
