FinishLine was originally developed in 2006 when a prominent Hawaii Developer presented Robert McIntosh, President of Active3DB and FinishLine Software LLC and his lead software developer Sivan Leoni with the Punch List management dilemma that they had experienced developing luxury high rise condominium projects in the past. After securing a joint marketing and development agreement with them, FinishLine was born. Construction projects are becoming increasingly complex, and that complexity can become concentrated during final inspections and close-out. Our mission is to provide a collaborative, easy to use list management system for all stakeholders in a project, resulting in significant improvement in communication, and reduction in time spent inspecting and reporting. FinishLIne Software currently has users throughout the U.S. and Canada, plus 9 other countries. The FinishLine Pro App works on iPhone, iPad, Android Smartphones/Tablets, Windows Tablets, Laptops and PCs.
