Fiori Artisanal

Started as a passion project, Fiori Artisanal was created with 3 ideologies- To create food products that are chemical-free, preservative-free, all-natural that are genuinely delicious- To adopt a from-scratch experimental approach, using fresh ingredients whilst sourcing from local artisans and farmers- To be as eco-conscious as possible, obtaining sustainable practices that promote healthier lifestyles. With these three ideologies, we bring desserts and artisan breads to the city of Bangalore, aspiring to create awareness of community building, working with artisans and promote a healthy supply chain. We strive to remain as transparent as possible and refrain from using any artificial ingredients, that have hidden ingredients in them. Our baking style is heavily influenced by European and American pastry. Specialising in Choux Pastry, Tarts, Cakes, Dietary Inclusive treats, Enriched Breads and Sourdough. Based in Marathahalli, Near Whitefield, Bangalore.
