During our decade-long, enriching and at times strenuous tenure, we experienced that everyone is working for the brand and not with the brand. This seed of thought stayed inside us till it germinated and became Firefly. Through the platform of Firefly, we intent to create communication that is not just about creating a buzz or bringing in awards but about creating an effective communication that translates into profit, increases sales, builds better brand awareness and recall, and creates a strong brand identity. Firefly Communication Hub is also an initiative where one has the freedom to work from anywhere – from their restroom pots or feet high in the sky or from a cafe or for that matter from the comforts of their homes. While this gives space to people to grow as individuals, it allows expansion of one’s self. You get to spend quality time with your family, kids and loved ones. And when you are not spending half of your lives commuting, not burdened with the guilt for not giving time to the family or loved ones, or not being able to give time to yourself and do the many other things in life you wanted to – and when you are not a part of this unending circle – miracles happen. The quality of work and efficiency go multi-fold. And happiness and contentment multiplies. At Firefly, we do not hire freelancers because of their casual approach.
