Our History Built to Serve Those Who Serve Firetrucks Unlimited was founded in 2007 by Stuart Reyburn and his former fire chief with one mission: to help fire departments with limited budgets access high-quality emergency vehicles. Recognizing the value of refurbishment, Stuart saw the opportunity to give used fire trucks and ambulances a second life—providing reliable apparatus at nearly half the cost of buying new. What began as a small operation has grown into a trusted leader in the fire apparatus industry. Today, Firetrucks Unlimited employs over 65 skilled professionals dedicated to helping fire and EMS departments achieve their public safety mission through affordable, dependable emergency equipment. Our fire truck refurbishment and ambulance remount programs have become key components of fleet replacement strategies across the country. We’ve proudly refurbished hundreds of emergency vehicles for departments around the world. As our customers’ needs evolved, so did we—now offering collision repair, preventative maintenance, emergency vehicle repairs, used fire truck sales, brokerage services, and ARFF leasing and refurbishment.
