We are Japanese Vegan Creamery located in Hanoi. Our products are 100% dairy free, Plant-based, and Made by Japanese traditional techniques with ingredients. Healthy No preservatives, No additives, and No coloring. Our concept is ”Food is medicine",based on traditional Chinese medicine and Japanese Zen cuisine. Delicious Japanese national Koji mold is used to ferment the cheese and Chocolate, which produces natural umami and sweetness, and miso from each region is mixed for the deep cheese flavor. Sustainability Cashew nuts, the main ingredient, use broken nuts that cannot be exported overseas, which contributes to food loss. We also avoid using plastic packaging wherever possible.
