Founded in 1993 as Personal Trust Savings and Loans, we obtained a microfinance licence from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in 2014. In October 2014, our parent company, First Ally Capital Limited, acquired the existing mortgage bank and converted it into a microfinance bank. To align with our parent brand, we rebranded to First Ally Trust Microfinance Bank in 2024.
