First Cardinal Ventures is a Limited Liability Company incorporated on November 25, 1993, with operations spanning both the public and private sectors of the Nigerian economy. The company offers a diverse range of services, including construction, renovation, solar-powered streetlight installation, consultancy, brokerage, and general supplies. Our major clients are Federal Government MDAs (Ministries, Departments, and Agencies). The company also owns and manages Cardinal Park, a recreational space located in Wuse Zone 4, Abuja. The Park hosts an Events Centre, an Arts, Crafts & Pastry Shop, as well as general recreational activities, making it a prominent, serene green space in the heart of Abuja. Over the last three decades, under the leadership of Founder/CEO Ms. Vivienne Obioha, First Cardinal Ventures has maintained a respectable track record as a reliable public-sector contractor and developer of recreational facilities and green spaces (as evidenced by its management of Cardinal Park).
