First Choice Social Services is a 501(c) 3 nonprofit agency that provide families with tools, support and services to promote healthy lifestyle choices. First Choice Social Services Mission Statement: To promote a healthy lifestyle change through accountability, respect, and education to cultivate better choices in the lives of families we serve that are affected by domestic violence, substance abuse, and teen homelessness First Choice Social Services provides three service areas: • Domestic Violence treatment to offenders. • Substance Abuse Outpatient counseling • Residential Services to teens that are aging out of foster care
