First Generation Foundation (FGF) – Is a unique platform for the development of talented students: the community of leading companies and best entrepreneurs, eager to become mentors in the world of business for the future generation of Russia. MISSION OF THE FUND – Is to find the best Russian students, who possess leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset. We help students of technical, scientific and humanitarian qualifications to fulfil entrepreneurial and career potential. WHAT FOR? The aim of FGF is to bring up talented experts, giving our country the possibility to feel proud of Russian professionals in the field of entrepreneurship, innovations and economics. We expect to raise the generation of specialists, who will make significant impact on the fruitful development of national economy in all spheres of human life. UNITING THE BEST Every year FGF program engages in a thorough process of selection of students to become its scholars (not more than 30 people). Selection criteria are leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, being a team player, and responsibility for the future of our Country.
