First Integrity Mortgage, LLC is a residential mortgage broker licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our philosophy is based on the need to "re-humanize" the mortgage process. Modern technology, especially with regards to the internet, has given borrowers access to virtually thousands of mortgage companies. What was once thought of as a convenience, however, has instead proven to be a nightmare for borrowers seeking personal attention with their financing decisions. Today's mortgage options are mind-boggling. There are hundreds of programs, all with specific parameters and guidelines. All too often borrowers are placed into programs with little or no explanation, resulting in financial hardship or even loss of their homes. At First Integrity Mortgage, LLC we will not close a loan until we are confident that our borrowers are educated about their financing needs and mortgage options. And the only way to accomplish this is with one-on-one contact between loan officer and borrower, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
