FirstJobs started with an aim to create a platform for individual to achieve their desired career goal. This is a small step towards a giant leap in building the human resource of the nation. At FirstJobs, Social Responsibility is put first ahead of everything else. FirstJobs, not just another job portal,(where employers list jobs and jobseekers post their resume). It is total Human Resource Portal, which comprises of a Job Portal, Career Development Programme (CDP), Mentor Programme (MP). Anyone above the age of 18 years can register with Career Development Programme but we prefer to start on with pre-final and final year college students who were about to stretch their wings to fly high in the corporate sky. Our job portal service is provided at free of cost to both Employers and Jobseekers. However, the Mentor Programme and Career Development Programme is offered free to those who registers for the same. An onetime registration fee would be charged for enrollment. MISSION STATEMENT: To create a platform, wherein every individual acquires the skill required to elevate in the corporate ladder.
