Our workshop facilitation service offers a range of training, including design thinking, lean startup, scenario planning, and business model canvas amongst others. All our workshops are hands-on and ensure that the participants get to practice the tools during the session so they have longer retention of the learnings. These workshops are designed to empower employees with the skills and knowledge they need to drive innovation and achieve success. The concept of loops comes from user-centric design methods where the idea is to do development in incremental loops using the principles of design thinking, lean start-up, and agile.
