First Point Consulting is a new consulting firm - providing strategic advice for government departments, small to medium businesses and not for profit organisations. First Point specialises in strategic and business planning, development of government policy and program evaluation. Our clients include Victorian and Commonwealth departments, growth-oriented businesses and leading not-for-profit organisations. First Point was founded by Peter Jordan, who brings nearly 30 years experience in advising government departments, companies and not for profit organisations. Peter's experience includes almost 20 years with Accenture, where he led their Public Sector practice in Victoria. Peter was also a partner at Deloitte and Director at dandolopartners, a specialist public sector strategy consulting firm. Peter is also Chairman of one of the world's leading acoustic engineering organisations, Marshall Day Acoustics.
