History We have been serving Alliance and adjacent areas since 1965. The company was founded by the late Donald First in 1965. Jeffrey has been Broker/Manager since 1981. We also have a full time staff to accommodate all your needs. They help coordinate meetings, set schedules, answer your calls when your agent is not available, and they are your personal couriers to ensure the timely processing and delivery of all your documents.
