First Responder Liaison Network

First Responder Liaison Network (FRLN), is a non-profit organized for the development, implementation, and ongoing support of mentorship and professional development programs inspiring our youth and young adults to mature into engaged civic leaders and resilient community sentinels. Built from a National community of current and former Police Officers, Firefighters, EMS Providers and 911 Dispatchers to provide personalized and entrenched mentorship to those individuals aspiring to become First Responders. As an independent, impartial, and inclusive entity—First Responder Liaison Network remains committed to being the skilled, nimble, and innovative network able to address modern recruitment, retention and mentorship needs for our Public Safety agencies and their aspiring candidate pools.
