First State Media Group was formed in 2006 by Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) and a management team led by Steve McMellon and Geordie Manolas. First State Media Group was acquired in Aptil 2010 by Chrysalis Plc, a London Stock Exchange listed company, and now forms an integral part of the Chrysalis Group.
