First-Step Method

First Step is a one-of-a-kind method applying a different perspective on babies’ development, and the link between development in infancy and later issues in childhood and adolescence. At First Step, we help you create the right developmental environment (despite modern life!) so your baby develops fully and properly. The first two years of the child’s life are one of the most important stages in his development. The First Step method was developed by Shai Silbebusch, in order to provide parental guidance and development accompaniment for children in this stage. Shai Silberbusch – an infant and child development expert and a senior Feldenkrais method instructor – developed the First Step method Over years working with adults and children, Shai learned about the relation between infant development and the course of life as a child and adult. Those insights, combined with his hands-on experience as a father of three, led him to create this unique method that helps parents fully implement their babies’ motoric and developmental abilities.
