Dave Ward, Director, has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce majoring in Finance, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Broking). He is also a licensed real estate agent, having completed over $50 million in real estate developments in the past 8 years and has accumulated a multi-million dollar property portfolio. First Step Property and First Step Finance was founded in 2016. We are a passionate about creating thriving property portfolio's for clients without impacting on their lifestyle, having them require a second job or sacrificing their current way of life. In short, we help create a more certain future for our clients and escape the rat race to empower people to live life on their own terms. Our investment methodology is tried, tested and our selection criteria has been proven to outperform national averages consistently.
