First Step Remodels is a private remodel consulting firm, dedicated to helping homeowners have a fun, successful remodeling experience. As in so many other things, the key is the upfront planning process. We apply proven project management techniques to the home renovation field, including: project scoping, developing budgets and schedules, assembling high performing teams, and management of change processes. If needed, we also become part of the ongoing renovation team to ensure that the project remains on time and on budget. First Step Remodels is an independent consultant, not affiliated with any showroom or contractor. Our only goal is to help the homeowner through their remodel successfully.
