Set up in 2007, First Train has a proven record of growing its clients' skills and confidence for a sustainable future in leadership roles. Coaching First Train offers traditional coaching (client lead) and structured coaching (program lead). Traditional coaching is for established leaders who need a confidential space away from the internal team and governance structure of the organisation in order to explore a strategic direction or new idea and work through all potential outcomes. Your coach will listen and ask questions that will make you think differently and be there for you as someone to be accountable to. Structured coaching is for emerging leaders and is delivered through First Train's own 3 S Leadership Program. This takes you through a 6 session program to look and set up your Support network, your Succession planning and your Strategic direction. Training & Development First Train delivers many soft skill courses to a variety of industries. If you can't find what you need, then we can write a tailored course for your organisation in order to address a specific business need. The minimum length of time for a course to be delivered for "stickability" is 3 hours. Support As a small business itself, First Train offers support to other business owners who may not have the cash flow for 1-on-1 coaching but still need support to achieve their goals. Through our network of fortnightly BoardRooms, existing and aspiring business owners and entrepreneurs can share their ideas, goals and challenges in a confidential and supportive space in order to tap into the experience and knowledge of the other members of the BoardRoom.
