First Uranium Corporation
First Uranium was a gold and uranium mining company until August 1, 2012, when it sold its two principal assets, the MWS tailings reprocessing project and the Ezulwini Mine. First Uranium no longer has any operations. Effective December 19, 2013, by way of plan of arrangement Algold Resources Ltd. acquired all of the issued and outstanding units of First Uranium.
