As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner I practice holistic health and wellness. Using a bio-individual program to target which foundation(s) of the body has an imbalance. Using a functional evaluation using Nuero-Lingual Testing to further locate imbalances. Creating a short and long term plan with each client to create balance and wellness with in their bodies and minds. Understanding each client's stress, lifestyle, diet, exercise regime, environmental stresses and family history helps to determine where they are on their health journey and where they would like to be. My practice is based on holistic beliefs, using food and lifestyle to create a healthier and happier individual. Another facet of my services is EFT and a CHFS (Certified Healing Food Specialist) program. I use energy work (EFT) to combat stress and phobias. The CHFS program teaches my clients how to become a savvy food consumer. To understand labels, products, organic vs. non organic, local vs. non local, proper navigation around supermarket, proper stocking habits with in the home, proper food combining and knowledge of healthful oil and nutrient rich food preparation. This combination of services creates a short term plan that each client can handle and a long term health and wellness goal that we strive for together.
