First World Communities are property developers and we pride ourselves in providing people with affordable homes in safe and attractive communities in Lagos, Nigeria. The company was incorporated in 2008 by promoters of the Co-operative Villas Estate - a community of about 750 homes in Badore, Lekki Peninsula, which has become a popular estate in Lagos. Since incorporation, the company has developed a significant project pipeline primarily on the back of a public private partnership agreement with the Lagos State Government to produce homes over the next 4 years. In pursuance of this mandate, we have commenced construction in most of the locations. The company is based in Lagos, Nigeria.
