As an alternative to traditional health care insurance programs FirstCall Health Services (FCHS) XBE Health Plan is a membership program that provides access to high-functioning healthcare at an affordable flat rate. It allows physicians to offer their services to XBE’s and their employees without extensive networks and costly healthcare systems.
