Founded in 2015 by Barthélémy Déollien and Médé Karl Olivier, FISCA is a startup company providing fiscal and accounting counsel to small and medium companies evolving in Haiti. FISCA aim to deliver affordable fiscal/financial assistance to individual, local and international clients trying to do business in a country where fiscal matters are often perceived as time consuming and difficult. At FISCA, we identified 3 major criteria that hold people back from launching a business in Haiti or paying their taxes: • Fiscal environment is not well known and because of that, the knowledgeable ones have expensive services. • No existing offer toward SMEs to support their fiscal/accounting structure • Subtleties or ignorance of fiscal procedures are often used deceitfully We promise to respond to those in 3 ways: • Assist individual in getting their fiscal papers in order • Guide and support the financial/accounting structure of SMEs • Affordable services compared to the market
