Fish & Dish is the story of two men. One is a Fisherman. For as long as the oldest among us can remember he has been the first light floating upon the sea at dawn. Every day he wakes up to go where he feels most at home: the Mediterranean. He goes to hidden fishing spots only he knows; places whose secrets he never reveals no matter how many drinks you buy him. Every day he hauls back the biggest catches and the freshest fish the kind only a fisherman worth his sea salt can consistently bring home. What he doesn’t catch himself he finds in the auctions reserved for connoisseurs. He’s been around for a long time and everybody knows his name; they call him Captain FISH. The other man is a Chef. No one knows his “real name” so everyone just calls him “Chef”. A man of few words but many knives he’s been dicing every kind of seafood on every continent letting his cooking do the talking for him; after all everybody speaks gourmet. Over the years he has created unique signature dishes inspired by a variety of traditional cuisines from around the world especially the Mediterranean. Seafood is an art; it takes a true maestro to lead the dance in the kitchen and shape the raw ingredients into music for the palate… that man is Chef DISH. Together the two are more than the sum of their parts. They combine their eight limbs to form a force of nature that brings the tastiest seafood to our shores working as one to ensure quality at every step. Like the Octopus that is the brand’s icon they go about their many tasks with practiced precision seamlessly providing customers with an exceptional culinary experience.
