FishForma Co. is an independent, science-based consultancy working at the intersection of research, project development, and technical advisory to foster sustainable transformation in fisheries and the Blue Economy. Founded and led by ichthyologist and project developer Eirini Renata Karathanou, FishForma designs, manages, and provides technical support for multidisciplinary projects that translate scientific knowledge into practical, fundable, and community-driven solutions. From concept design and business planning to field research, education, and stakeholder engagement, FishForma bridges the gap between innovation, policy, and on-the-field implementation. Operating as a small, agile structure, FishForma collaborates with NGOs, institutions, cooperatives and professional fishers to promote inclusive, innovative, and resilient blue growth.
