My name Nico Alfieri and I have been in the fitness industry since 1998. I studied Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. I'm certified through CPTN (Certified Personal Trainers Network). I also hold a Level 1 certification in Sports Nutrition through Precision Nutrition based out of Toronto, Ontario. I've trained corporate executives to stay at home moms and have since then moved my business online to make it more affordable and to provide first class service to my clients. How will I do this? Through ProCoach software powered by Precision Nutrition. In addition to online training, I also have a home gym to train one-on-one for those who require the extra support.
