Clients get a mobile app to do workouts, log nutrition and track their entire fitness journey, and all the data is accessible to their coach in real time. They engage with in-app messaging and video calls. Coaches can train 100s, even of clients at once using a combination of synchronous & asynchronous means. The FitBudd client app has a suite of features to ensure high accountability and compliance. Clients can see their training plan, including workouts, meals, step targets - everything!
