In general there is a non responder rate in the health industry. What this means is that a percentage of the population will not get a result from a blanket style health program because it’s not right for their body. Fitness - there is a 30% non-responder rate. This means if you join a fitness challenge with 100 people who are all waking at 5am to do the same exercises, 30 people will NOT get a result. Nutrition - almost half of dieters will NOT get a result from a blanket style diet and some will even put weight on. Mental Health - 1 in 5 people have taken time off for feeling mentally unwell.
