Fitragamuffin (aka) Jamie Carbaugh is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about changing the culture of health and wellness by remote LIVE STREAMING personal & group training. She saves her clients time by ‘meeting’ them in their own homes via ZOOM conference calls and taking them through HIIT workouts tailored to their needs. By doing this, accountability is a no brainer and form can be accessed and perfected throughout 35-45 min. training session. Jamie empowers her clients change perspective on how regular movement makes them feel rather than how it makes them look. She believes that movement should be based around enjoyment and longevity of life, rather than a number on a scale or measurements.
