Fitz & Co are a claims consultancy business providing bespoke claims solutions and support to a wide range of clients across all industry sectors and classes of business. Our aim is to deliver a cost effective and professional service that gives you access to industry leading insurance professionals. Jon Fitzsimons, Principal Consultant, is a Chartered Insurance Practitioner with 30 years claims experience, working for insurers, brokers and liability adjusters. He commenced his insurance career as a graduate entrant at Guardian Royal Exchange in Liverpool, before moving to the UK’s largest specialist liability adjuster where he worked for almost 20 years. Working in a senior managerial role Jon was responsible for 6 regional offices and undertook a variety of technical and operational roles, whilst retaining a cradle to grave caseload of high value complex losses. Jon has more recently spent 5 years in London employed by a leading insurance broker and their in-house claims consultancy business, and provides support to their wider client base on an ongoing basis. Jon works with hand-picked associates on a project by project basis and oversees all elements of delivery to ensure a consistently high quality of service.
