Fitzop was started in June 2015 with an idea of seamlessly integrating fitness and healthy living into communities and making it a part of everyone’s daily lives. Given the current steep increase in health related diseases, it is impossible to ignore the importance of overall well-being and staying fit. However for a person interested in fitness the options to choose from are immense but not consolidated. Also the process to individually choose and register for multiple types of fitness classes is taxing.
