Five Mile River Co

Five Mile River Co. provides strategy, fundraising, public policy and communications, management services and support technologies - for philanthropies, nonprofits, public-private partnerships and select companies. Five Mile River Co. is the successor to Cipolla Company, Studio for Good, and Newburyport Group. These three firms have been combined into Five Mile. We get our name from the Five Mile River in Connecticut, which opens into Long Island Sound between the towns of Darien and Rowayton, a hamlet of Norwalk. This modest harbor in the Sound has a vital and important maritime history. The name Five Mile River denotes a natural flow and energy, but is also grounded in history.
