Five Oaks is a small business that is owned and operated by highly regarded industry professionals. Our staff have been mentors, teachers and educators to new therapists for several decades. Our idea was to build a business that values success and tailors therapy to improve the quality of our patient’s lives thus enriching ours. As a well-connected small business we have and maintain relations with physicians, therapists and other allied health experts. Throughout the last 30 years we have garnered a vast array of partnerships that allow us to call upon as demand and expertise is needed. Thus, our organization not only has deep rooted experience from within but an extensive knowledge base in many varied disciplines.
