Five Six Seven

Five six seven was born from the experience and insights of over 50 years on this planet. The name arrives as I realised that I was fifty six when I stepped down as a CEO of a charity and my wonderful brother died at 57years. So for me there was a real awakening and powerful realisation, that we are in the driving seat all of the time and so we get to create the life we want. This can often land awkwardly and with a sceptical response, however, who else can create the life we want except ourselves. Giving our power away to others as we blame or resent them changes nothing. If you know you want something different then go for it. It was in a coaching space that I discovered what I really wanted, and that was to train as a coach and to be of service to others so they too could find what they want. It is often hidden and we spend most of our lives with a set of beliefs and patterns that constantly lead us in a certain way and to think a certain way. The coaching space, is a place to really discover who you are and what you really want and love. Transformative coaching is what I'm committed to so that people can make the lasting changes and moves they want for themselves Leaders and people at all levels need coaching as a development and success space. We are whole when we integrate our personal and professional sides. We can operate as one person with our values and live into what's important to us. I've learned so much through splitting myself into several different parts, to the point that I was shattered. I wanted to be everything for everybody and that is not my responsibility. We all need to serve ourselves first before we can of service to others.
