A fizzy kid is any child who struggles to regulate their emotions and big feelings and as a result displays big behaviours. They may be taking longer to develop their emotional maturity and/or have a learning difficulty that makes emotional regulation harder for them to understand and learn. Who am I? Mum to 2 fizzy kids (autism, SPLD, SPD, SEMH) Re-learning to be the parent my kids need me to be and sharing my journey to transform my parenting language and approach.
