Hi, I'm Fiona. I have always had a caring, empathic and problem solver personality. Even from the age of 4, I would take even the older children home 1st, before I went home. It has been the family joke about me and my blue bucket for 40+ years. I have always been told that I have a calming and soothing aura, that can calm people down fairly quickly, that I am insightful, easy to talk to and approach. To help someone in need is always something that I have found rewarding and fulfilling. I knew that one day this would be my calling but the timing was never quite right. After the pandemic of 2020+, the loss of my father, being made redundant from my job and severe injury to myself, I felt the universe was trying to tell me something. Now was my time to take the new pathway. Having researching several hypnotherapy training styles, I came magnetized to Clifton Practice and the solution focused hypnotherapy. My true calling in life, to help others with issues that cause them pain, suffering or just that irritating little niggle in their lives. Problems Sleeping - I can help with that!
