Fjord Personal Training

Bethany has spent 13 years as a Personal Trainer. Her passion for people and travel has meant that she could take the job where she went, spanning America, Australia, Norway & London until finally settling in Dunedin, New Zealand with her partner, and having had their two kids and their two dogs. Her career has evolved with her interests, ranging from Triathlons to weightlifting, yoga and Pilates. Her proudest achievement (aside from her children) was owning her own gym in Stavanger, Norway where she spent four years making the most of the opportunities in business and stunning nature that the country had to offer. Fjord Personal Training’s name was inspired by Lysefjord in Rogaland, Western Norway where Bethany spent many of weekends hiking some of the diverse routes the Fjord has to offer. Since having her kids Bethany has realized that there is very little support and conflicting information for the Pregnant and Postpartum lady. She wants to provide education and support to ladies during this time to empower themselves in the Pregnancy and Post-Partum changes that occur during such an important time.
